HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. via our partnership with USPS. Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 3-5 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way. We offer international shipping options too. No matter where you are, you can buy from us!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Payment verification can take up to 3-5 days. After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
Please be advised that delivery times vary and are based off your geographical location and your proximity to the nearest sorting center in your locale. Rural addresses may run to the maximum delivery time expected.
If the item is in high demand it can take us 10-20 days to re-stock the item before shipping it out in some occasions, so please rest assured it's not uncommon for delays.
If you receive a wrong item , the item is damaged or defective, or the package is lost, contact us and we will re-send or arrange partial or full refund.
I ORDERED 2+ ITEMS BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE... WHERE'S THE REST?
When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately as to keep the total perceived value of the order low, thus avoiding any extra duty or sales taxes added by your local Customs. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way!
WHAT IF THERE ARE MISSING PIECES OR WRONG ITEMS WHEN I RECEIVE MY ORDERS?
For missing components or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and quote your transaction reference number and also provide us with a proof (image file size should be below 1MB). We will be more than happy to reship you the correct item with no extra cost and we won’t even ask for the item that was wrongly sent to you back! You may keep it as a gift from us.
WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED AN "ORDER CONFIRMATION" EMAIL?
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send out multiple emails, including an order confirmation and a shipping notice.
If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?
If you're buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.
